Return Policy:
Once your order is received, please inspect it carefully. All claims for shortages, damages, incorrect merchandise or wrong items invoiced must be made immediately, up to a maximum of 7 days to report it via fax or email.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend insuring your return to avoid loss or damages.
We will accept returns for exchange as long as the items are in the same condition as received (original condition) and the tags are in place, unattached.
We will refuse to accept any worn, laundered or altered item as well as stained with deodorant, make up etc.
If an item turns out to be damaged after being used once (open seams, rhinestone or grommet comes off, or discoloration), it might be a factory defect and only then we will accept it back. But we will not accept returns that have not complied with our washing instructions. Before returning any item that you may consider a factory defect, please check it thoroughly; especially discolored items, as discoloration may have been the main cause for not following the care instructions.
Washing instructions:
Wash separately in cool water and gentle cycle; do not use bleach or softeners, only mild soap. Do not wrist or twist. Drip dry. Do not dry clean. If these instructions are followed, they will cause no harm to the product. We are not accountable for failure to follow them.
