Back & Bis today. I worked out with one of the other trainers so that was fun for a change. I'm already feeling a bit sore.

Pull ups:

HS Iso Row:
35 x 12

45 x 10

High Rope Row:
90 x 15
110 x 12
130 x 10

Incline DB curl:
25 x 10 x 3 sets

Cable Curl Drop Set (small EZ bar) x 3 sets
75 x 8, 65 x 6, 55 x 4, 45 x 4

Low Back Extension:
25 x 10
25 x 8
25 x 8
