hey guyz my names Frank Byrne, im 15 and im julie soars son. i like to skateboard, play guitar, listen to music, (rammstein it my favorite band) and play airsoft.i live in massachusetts with my loving mother. i started out really disliking body building. i thought it was like a waste of time, and just an easy thing to do, just go down to the gym and lift weights every day. easy right. TOTALY WRONG. i have been watchin my mom for the past couple years and ive finaly really noticed wht incredible stress body builders have to go through. i could never ever even in my 20s and 30s have the mental discipline to go down to the gym every day, eat only certain foods, and eat every couple hours. and i could never drink those nasty shakes, ive tried they dont taste anything like cookies n cream . ive been watchin my mom for a few years now, and i went to one of her shows. im really proud of her. body buildings not somthing i plan on getting into but i really think its amazing how anyone can do the types of stuff body builders do.


let me know if you wanna talk, id love to hear about sum of the stuff u guys go through. or if you just wanna talk about skatin or music or sumthin.

Frank, Good to see you have so many cool things you like. My kids all play instruments - all started with piano and now my 13-year-old son is a great drummer, my almost-11-year-old daughter is great on guitar. We go to tons of concerts together - just saw Toby Mac - and Thousand Foot Krutch - freaky good. We have some airsoft guns we pummel each other with sometimes - much easier than getting on all the paintball gear. Hope you have fun in the gym as well!
