I had a great chest workout today and blasted right through the cardio. Energy probably came from a carb up day yesterday.

Smith incline press (wanted to do barbell but didn't have a spotter)
100 x 4
100 x 4
80 x 5
80 x 5
100 x 2

decline pushups off bench
BW x 20

FB DB Press (again, no spotter until my last set > )
50 x 5
50 x 5
50 x 5
50 x 5
60 x 4

capt's chair dips
BW x 20 (14, 3, 3 - rest pause style)

Cardio was done on the Stepmill, level 8 intervals
20 mins
ave hr 143
233 cals
