I had a pretty good chest and tris workout today. I didn't have a spotter so I kept things lighter and went for volume.

BB bench press:

95 x 15
115 x 12
125 x 10
125 x 10

DB incline flyes ss w/incline db press:
25 x 15, 25 x 12
25 x 15, 25 x 10
25 x 12, 25 x 10
25 x 10, 25 x 8

Dips ss w/incline push up:
BW x 10, BW x 8
BW x 8, BW x 8
BW x 7, BW x 8

Cable push down drop sets (3 sets):
80 x 7, 60 x 7, 40 x 7, 20 x 7

15 mins HIIT on the Stairmaster. Man, I haven't been on that beast in a while and now I remember why I hate it so much.
