Back and bis this afternoon. I had a decent workout. Back felt strong. I didn't go too heavy with the deads as I haven't done these in a while. Just wanted to get the feel of it in the lower back a bit.

Pull ups:
BW x 10, 8, 6, 4

Wide grip row
90 x 12, 12, 12
drop set

Sumo deads

BB curls
