Hellova workout today. Bosu class, then Group Active, then bis & back with Dan. I wasn't sure I'd have anything left in me for lifting but somehow manage to pull off an intense workout.

Bis & Back:
barbell curls superset with alternating db curls

preacher curls
(I can't even remember the reps, just remember they were painful.)

seated wide cable row
(damn, cant remember here either)

high dual cable pull downs wide
(these I kinda rember)
