Repeat of last week's workout. Added a little more weight this week.

Chest & Back today.

Incline chest press on the smith.
95 x 6 reps x 1 sets
115 x 6 x 2 sets

Low incline db chest press
45 x 10 x 2 sets

Dips (20 reps, rest pause style)
BW + 6 lb med ball between knees x 7, 6, 4, 3

Reverse grip pull down with 5 sec negative....man these are killer! I love slow negatives
100 x 6 x 3 sets

DB row 1 1/4 reps
25 x 12 x 2 sets

Sumo deads
115 x 10 x 1 set.
