Ok feeling super fat from all the chocolate this week. so i decided to do a crazy leg circuit today. 3 times around.

reverse lunges off box on smith
65 x 10 reps

super squat machine
6 plates x 10 reps

single leg ext
50 x 10 reps

lying leg curl
110 x 10 reps

SLDL 135 x 10 reps

abductor
100 x 15 reps

adductor 80 x 15 reps

angled calf
220 x 10 reps

after the first round i did 5 mins on the step mill, 2 steps at a time. after the second round i did the jacobs ladder for 5 mins. after the third round, i laid down, lol!
