Shoulders, arms & hams workout felt pretty good today. I was able to complete more reps on some things and got the workout don in less time. Next week I'll go at it a little heavier.

Superset:
Standing unilateral DB press with 5 second contraction hold at top
25 x 6 reps x 3 sets

Straight bar curls
55 x 8 reps x 3 sets

Superset:
Incline DB rear lateral raise
15 x 12 reps x 3 sets

Incline DB curls 1 1/4 reps
25 x 6 reps x 3 sets

Superset:
Rope push down
80 x 12, 10, 10

Lying tri ext
50 x 9 reps x 3 sets

Lying leg curls with 5 second negatives
80 x 6
90 x 6
90 x 6
90 x 5
