Nothing like a great leg workout on a Saturday night! I legs felt strong, knees and back felt great.

Leg press:
8 plates x 6 x 2 sets
10 plates x 6 x 1 sets

Single leg extensions:
60 x 10 x 3 sets

DB SLDL:
55 x 6 x 2 sets
60 x 6 x 2 sets

Super Squat:
8 plates x 8 x 4 sets

Single leg standing curls
25 x 10 x 4 sets

Standing calf raise ss w/Seated calf raise:
Standing 155 x 10 x 3 sets
Seated 115 x 8, 8, 6

Step mill 20 mins double stepping. I didnt wear my HR monitor but I would guess around 200+/- cals.
