Well, I had a busy end of week and weekend. So I wasnt able to lift until now. I did some walking on Friday and Sunday. 3 1/2 miles up and down hills. It felt good to get back to the iron today.

Superset:
1 arm overhead db press, 5 second hold at top
25 x 6 reps x 3 sets
barbell curls
55 x 8 reps x 3 sets

Superset:
rear lateral raise on incline
15 x 15 reps x 3 sets

incline db curl, 1 1/4 reps
25 x 6, 6, 4

Superset:
Rope pushdown
80 x 12 reps x 2 sets

lying tri ext
50 x 9 reps x 2 sets


lying hamstring curl 5 sec negative
80 x 6 x 4 sets

cardio:
15 mins on the Jacob's Ladder
ave hr 144
184 cals
