Well Brian and I ended up not being able to connect for upper body lifting this week. So I worked on my own at home tonight. I had quite a bit of energy and my workout felt really good.

BB Bench Press
warm ups then...
135 x 3
135 x 3

I didnt want to go any heavier here without a spot. And probably shouldnt have done this much without a spot, but I'm sure I could have yelled loud enough for dan to hear me if I got pinned.

Hang Clean & Press
warm ups then...

80 x 3 PR These felt really good tonight.
