Brian's back and we had a great workout today. He moreso than me.....I'm still a bit chicken when it comes to these squats. They're scary! I need to get my head to stop messin' with me. I dont understand it. I can go past parallel with a hellova lot more weight but can't seem to get the weight where I want it to be with these. Oh, well....keep tryin'.

Squats - we did a lot of sets today, so I'm not sure of the exact numbers, but it went something like this.
Warm up sets then...
85 x 5?
115 x 3
125 x 3
125 x 3
85? x 8??

He totally showed me up doing 365 x 10 reps.....

Hack squats
90 x 3
140 x 3
140 x 3

Brian mentioned going to his stepdad's gym some Saturday where the "real" powerlifters train. He said we could throw some logs and flip some tires and stuff. Sounds like fun!
