Well, Brian was a no show for our workout today. Seems as though he had to drive his daddy somewhere. Anyway, I pressed on without him and did ok for myself. No benching today though.

incline db press
warm ups then....
50 x 6
50 x 6
50 x 4

one arm incline db press
35 x 15 x 1 set

reverse grip cable pulldowns
100 x 8
120 x 6
120 x 6
120 x 6

hang clean & press
65 x 3
65 x 3
65 x 4

one arm db snatch
40 x 3
40 x 3
40 x 3

I was wiped out after that workout!
