One of my clients gave me a sideways look today when I told her how much fun 1-arm snatches are. I had her try them. She didn't seem to agree with me. Oh well!

More fun today with calves, abs & cardio.

Standing calves on the smith
warm ups then....
215 x 10 x 3 sets

Calf raises on the leg press
8 plates x 10 x 3 sets

Seated calf raises
3 plates x 6 x 3

Hanging abs
BW x 10 x 3

Crunches
15 x 3

Reverse crunches on decline
15 x 3

Jacknife on the ball
10 x 3

Tough cardio session today.
20 mins HIIT on the stepmill
