Calves, abs & cardio today. I had to shorten it a bit due to late clients this morning, but still did a decent workout.

seated calf raise ss with decline crunches w/med ball

seated calf raise
warm ups then
135 x 7 x 5 sets

decline crunch w/med ball
20 x 15 x 5 sets

angled calf raise ss with leg raises on the chair
angled calf raise
140 x 10 x 5 sets

leg raises
bw x 10 x 5 sets

20 mins HIIT on the elliptical
