Hey hey, hope you all had a great weekend!

I had a really good workout on legs today with Brian. Brian was definitely slackin', lol! He was having some trouble getting his legs to fire up and didn't have his best workout. Awwww, poor Brian. He better get his act together by next week's leg day. Ha!

Power squats - my form is getting much better at these. And they're starting to get more intense as my drive up is obtaining more power. I did each set coming down, sitting on the box, then driving back up.

warm up sets then....
95 x 5
115 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3
115 x 5

Power Hack squats ATG - again, the intensity and power here is getting much stronger. I love it!
90 x 5
140 x 3
140 x 3
140 x 3

That's it. And that's enough! My legs are already getting tight and sore.
