Great workout tonight. I was surprised, cuz I didnt feel terribly energetic today. But it was great!

Power Squats
couple of warm up sets then....

95 x 5
115 x 3
135 x 3
115 x 3- did these actually sitting on the box at the bottom for a rest pause then shooting back up. these were good and I think helped my form a bit.

Power Hack Squats - did these with a band around my thighs....ouch!
warm up sets then
50 x 5
90 x 3
140 x 3 (or 5 maybe???? cant remember)
cant remember if I did another set, ha! guess it was a tough workout!
