Not much of a workout today. My head's not in the game today. I'm sure it's only temporary.....just need get some things ironed out this weekend....junk on my mind. Anyway, weights were not that heavy because I couldnt focus so I played it safe.

legs/shoulders

squats
135 x 8 x 4 sets

hang clean & press
65 x 8 x 4 sets

backward lunge
15 x 8 reps each leg x 4 sets

lateral raise
15 x 8 x 4 sets

jumproping today - something different - didnt last long
11 minutes
ave hr 154
99 cals
