Total body workouts this week. All compound movements. Heavy! The week will start out with 5 reps which is what I did today. I should have done this workout yesterday, but I had a BBQ for the holiday and was beat by the time everyone left. I was like a zombie today so I took some NoXplode before my workout. That stuff is great. I powered through my workout and felt strong right through the last rep.



Front squats 2/1 tempo

Incline bench press 2/1 tempo

90 x 5
90 x 5

90 x 5
90 x 5



Seated cable row
