I met Funda today for a workout. We had a great workout and chatted a lot about training, diet, competing. It was awesome to workout with another competitor! Thanks Funda!

I dont really remember the weights and reps cuz we were gabbing a lot. btw - Funda I think we forgot a tri exercise. Oops!

bis
incline curls 4 sets

hammer curls 4 sets

french press 4 sets

rope push down 4 sets

We even managed cardio, which Funda talked me through the whole way. It made it much easier to do.
