Supersets for shoulders today. I'm not sure if it was the workout or what, but I definitely did not feel strong through this.


5 rounds of the superset. 2 minute rest in between rounds.

BB military press - standing
55 x 8 - 5/1 tempo

DB overhead press
25 x 12 (set 1 only) 2/1 tempo
20 x 12

Lateral raise
8 x 20 - 2/1 tempo


cardio on the stairmaster today
25 mins
ave hr 148
315 cals
