Today is an off day for the program so I thought I'd hit some calves & abs.

angled calf raise, slow negatives
180 x 12
240 x 8 x 4 sets

seated calf raise
125 x 10 x 4 sets

abs - supersets

crunch with legs in air ss w/reverse crunch

crunch
25 reps x 4 sets
reverse crunch
15 reps x 4 sets

jackknife ss w/ab rollouts

jackknife
15 reps x 4 sets
ab rollout
15 reps x 4 sets

cardio
15 mins intervals on the stepmill
ave hr 140
170 cals
