This was my first chest workout since February. I've done a little stretching type exercises and light presses and flyes for the past couple of weeks, but today I thought I'd do a little pyramiding and see how it feels. Those pecs will be hurtin tomorrow for sure despite the pitiful weights.


warm ups then...

incline db press
20 x 15
25 x 12
30 x 10

low cable xover
20 x 12
25 x 10
30 x 6

cable push down ez bar
65 x 15
75 x 12
85 x 10
85 x 10

close grip bench
45 x 12
55 x 10
65 x 9

That's it, but chest and tri's feel fried.

test
