90 lbs x 15 reps

decline crunch
20 lb med ball x 15 reps

obliques on the chair
15 each side

v-sit
x 15

crunches w/feet in air
x 15

cardio on the Jacob's Ladder today. Tough workout but felt awesome! Just what I needed today.
