Great workout today. My back and bi's are looking huge!

Assisted pull ups:
2 warm up sets of 15
50 lbs x 8 (10 sec negative) x 3 sets

low back extension supersetted with DB pullovers for high reps
back ext
20 x 8 (5 sec neg) x 3 sets
DB pullovers
25 x 25 reps x 3 sets

TBar row supersetted with narrow grip pull down for high reps
TBar
25 x 8 (5 sec neg) x 3 sets
Narrow grip pull down
60 x 20 reps x 3 sets

Biceps Cable curls supersetted wtih DB hammer curls for high reps
Cable curl
60 x 8 (5 sec neg)
70 x 8 (5 sec neg) x 2 sets
DB hammer curls
12 x 20 x 2 sets
10 x 20 x 2 sets
