I did a total body circuit today because I didnt have a lot of time. I didnt rest at all and was freakin' dead when I was finished!

3 cycles

Walking barbell lunges (Thanks Doug!)
45 lb bar only (not quite as strong as dougie, lol)
20 reps each leg x 3 sets

BW pull ups
10, 7, 6

Pec Dec
80 x 10 x 3

Cable curl
80 x 10 x 3

Cable tricep push down
100 x 10 x 3

Flite shoulder press
20 x 10 x 3

Seated calf raises
115 x 10 x 3

Hanging leg raises
BW x 10 x 3

finished the workout in 35 mins. No cardio necessary!
