Hi gang! Thanks thanks thanks for all the congrats! I really appreciate all the emails, phone calls, TMs, IMs etc! You guys are the best! (((insert group hug here)))

What a great show! It was slow getting started due to a lot of last minute check ins. But overall an awesome show and thanks sooo much to James and Matt for a great show and everyone who helped out with it.

What can I say about the pro line ups??? Those guys were phenomenal!!! It was amazing to sit in the audience and watch them all on stage.

Well deserved placings and OMG I couldnt even begin to imagine judging that line up! Congrats to all the guys!

The pro figure line up was just as spectacular! What a group of beautiful physiques. Again I wouldn't want to have to judge that and congrats to all of the ladies! My hat's off to you!

It was a REALLY long day, but worth every moment. I had a great time! I didn't feel all week that I looked my best. My weight had not budged in about 3 weeks and had defintely plateaued. I had battled that head cold and sinus infection. But was able to tighten things up a bit during peak week and give it the best that I had to offer.

It was great to compete with such a wonderful bunch of ladies. They were all fabulous women. Friendly and with fantastic physiques. The women's masters class had 6 competitors in it and the open had 7. All these women had worked hard to get on that stage. It was an honor to be on stage with them. I took first in both classes and won the overall. It was very exciting!

Congrats to my new friend Diane, who saw my "amateur of the week" profile on BB.com and had emailed me for some advice. We have chatted a bit back and forth since we discovered we were doing the same show and I was able to talk her into coming to some posing classes. She's such a sweetheart and I think she did well for her first show. She took 1st in novice and I think 4th place in the open class. I'm very proud of her! Way to go girl!

Congrats to Kim as well. She looked great and has made some fantastic changes in her physique this year! Good luck at Kevin's show and I'll see you at the GSO on 10/28! Ready for us to kick some more bootay!

I think the coolest part was seeing and hearing some of the pro guys in the audience cheering me on. Rico was sitting right behind my hubby and they were both yelling for me. It was great! I kept hearing "Yeah Rippedchick!" "Keep it tight Rippedchick!" Ha! I could hear so many of my OCB family out there! You guys are the best!!! Everyone congratulating me after as well.....it was quite the trip!

I am very excited about my win. I've been wanting to do an OCB show for I think 2 years now, but for one reason or other I havent been able to step on an OCB stage. I'm so glad to finally get that opportunity. Matt has done so much and has so much to offer the OCB and the sport of natural bodybuilding. He is an amazing guy! Thank you so much Matt.

Thanks to Craig as well for his help with my prep. We have two more shows to nail Craig, so time to turn it up a notch!!

I know that I have a lot of work to do over the next three weeks for my next two shows. I always bring my body to this certain point and I know it can look far better! So I have some serious work ahead of me and I'm excited to see what can happen for my next two shows!

Sorry to be so long winded. You can tell I'm still on cloud nine as I sit here drinking my coffee and chatting with my friends.

Congrats to tall the competitors and thanks for all your support gang! You guys are the best! You keep me pumped and motivated everyday!
