Here we go again. I haven't posted my peak week diet as it hasn't changed much from the last time. A little higher sodium at the beginning of the week and a little lower at the end of the week. Hopefully, I'll shed the water I need to, look full, crisp, hard and dry tomorrow!

This is the show I want to nail! I've come in 2nd at this show 2 years in a row! But then again, you never know who will show up!
