Hey Bobbie - Don't forget that this is a bb diet. Not for everyday weight loss or even figure prep if that's your goal. Just fyi.

I'm 5'6"
started my contest prep at 143
currently at 135

I hope to come into my first show at 122-124. Quite a ways to go with only 9 1/2 weeks!

Yea. I got to thinking about that after I requested your diet. I knew you were taller then me and an incredible BB so the diet wouldn't work for me. I'm going to try the eating plan we've been talking about and see how that works for a bit. As long as my body doesn't go into starvation mode I should see some good results with it. Thanks again for your help!

Bobbie - I know that Cathy Savage has some good outlines for diets on her website....maybe under the forum. I think one is called Diva Dolls and one Goddess in Training.

You might want to give those a look. They look a little more rounded than my strict diet. I don't do any dairy or fruit, my fats, carbs and proteins are limited (as far as different options) as well as other things that make it not-so-fun.

Thanks again! I went for the Goddess in training with at least 10lbs to lose. Not sure my body's willing to give up 10lbs but we'll see.
