OK so I'm 2 weeks out to my first of three shows. I'm changing up my workouts this week which will include all out, balls to the walls supersets. I'll start another thread for that.

I may get back to SSHIT after my shows or may try DC training. Not sure quite yet. I've had great success with SSHIT and feel like I've made some nice changes in my physique.
