I never got to my HIIT cardio last night so I got up early and did it this morning. Then did some steady state cardio tonight. Blah!

20 mins HIIT on the stairmaster this morning
ave hr 142
cals 162

30 mins SS cardio on the stairmaster tonight
ave hr 132
202 cals
