Heavy Back & Shoulders today. Strength wasn't 100% but I still felt this was a really good workout. 2 weeks to go and I'm really getting pumped! I'm looking and feeling good!

BW Pullups
warm up with WG pull downs

Seated Cable Row with D-Bar

HS Shoulder Press

Lateral Raise
10 x 20 (10, 5, 5)

Never got to my HIIT cardio tonight. I'll get up first thing and do it!
