Bi/Tri workout today for power and volume. My strength is definitely not what it was but it still felt like a pretty decent workout.

BB curls
warm up sets with bar only.
65 x 6 x 4 sets

Tricep cable push down
100 x 6 x 4 sets

Quad set of ezbar curls, dips off bench, hammer curls & DB overhead tri extension
EZ bar curls
35 x 12 x 3 sets

Dips off bench - feet on opposite bench
BW + 20 x 15 x 3 sets

Hammer curls
15 x 12 x 3 sets

DB overhead Tri extension
40 x 12 x 3 sets

HIIT Cardio done on the stairmaster.....ugggh I hate that machine!
