Oh what a pitiful workout. I got into work early so I could get this leg workout done early while I had the most energy. Well, that didn't happen. There was a car wreck on the way in and I ended up getting in late....grrr. My whole morning was messed up. So I had to postpone it until the afternoon. I couldnt find the energy to get a great workout in, but managed to get through it.

I was so tired I didn't trust myself doing squats. So I stuck with machines for the heavy stuff.

Warm up with BW walking lunges.

Leg ext
140 x 6 x 4 sets

Lying leg curl
110 x 6 x 4 sets

Seated calf raise
115 x 6 x 4

Giant set for legs next. Leg press, walking lunges, SLDL, angled calf raise then 5 mins on the stepmill. 3 cycles

Leg press
3 plates each side x 10 x 3 sets

Walking lunges holding 10 lb db's
10 x 15 reps each leg x 3 sets

SLDL
95 x 15 x 3 sets

Angled calf raise
140 x 12 x 3 sets

Stepmill - level 5 varying the steps....one at a time, double step, side step each side back to one at a time....1 min on each variation
5 mins x 3 sets

Hope I can find a little more energy later for some cardio.
