Well my shoulder workout definitely felt stronger than my back workout yesterday! That's a good thing.

Push Press warm up with bar only 2 x 12
75 x 6, 6, 6, 6

Quad set of DB Lateral Raise, Front Raise, Bent Over Lateral Raise and DB Shoulder Press.

Lateral raise

Front raise
