No cardio today, no lifting.

I spent some time at Nancy Andews posing class today and picked up some good feedback and some good pointers. I was tired after that class, that's for sure!

I was going to do some cardio this afternoon and ended up spending the afternoon painting the shed in the backyard that Dan built. One more coat on the trim and I'm done.

I'll cardio it up tomorrow though....in a big way!
