Crazy day today! But managed to get my two workouts and cardio in already. Which is good cuz the rest of the day is just as crazy!

Step bomb shoulders today. I love this workout and my shoulders are so pumped when I'm finished.

DB lateral raises
2 warm up sets
step bombs (or drop sets) 5 sets x 8 reps each
20 x 8, 15 x 8, 12 x 8, 10 x 8, 5 x 8

BB overhead press (standing...used the preset bars, much easier for drop sets)
60 x 8, 50 x 8, 40 x 8, 30 x 8, 20 x 8

Cable upright rows - these were killer!
90 x 8, 80 x 8, 70 x 6???, 60 x 8, 50 x 8

Cardio was 30 mins HIIT on the elliptical. I forgot my watch today but I'll give an estimate of my stats.

ave hr 146
cals 270

This kicked my butt!


Then hair appt, chiro appt, laser appt. Then back to the gym.
