HIIT cardio today. I started out on the Wave, but it was taking forever to get my heart rate up so then I jumped on the step mill. Always a killer!

30 mins (10 mins on Wave & 20 on Step Mill)
ave hr 140 (average a little low due to the Wave )
222 cals
