Legs and calves today for slow positives and chest/tris for 100 reps.

leg ext (6 sec positives with last rep held for 10 sec)
70 lbs x 10 x 4 sets

Seated leg curl (6 sec positives with last rep held for 10 sec)
70 lbs x 10 x 4 sets

walking lunges w/slow positives for 10 reps ea/leg
15 lbs ea/hand x 4 sets

leg press (6 sec positives with last rep held for 10 sec)
3 plates/ea x 10 x 4 sets

angled calf (6 sec positives with last rep held for 10 sec)
80 lbs x 10 x 4 sets

Later:
Chest/tris for 100 reps
100 bw pushups

I may try and hit a little cardio later too. My schedule is tight today. Meeting with the girl who makes my suits tonight. Can't wait to see them!
