Well, I needed to make yesterday's cardio so I got up at 5 am, had a cup of coffee and some Xtend and hit the stairmaster.

30 mins
ave hr 140
219 cals

Chest/Tris for slow negatives today. Tough workout.

Dips
2 warm up sets with BW only x 10

BW + 15 lbs x 8 reps (5 second negative) x 3 sets
BW only x 10 (10 second negative for one set only

Tri set of:

Incline DB press
25 x 8 (5 sec neg) ss w/
FB DB press
30 x 8 (5sec neg) ss w/
FB DB fly
15 x 25 reps

Three rotations of the above.

Tri set of:
CG bench press
55 x 8 (5 sec neg) ss w/
DB overhead tricep extension (5 sec neg) ss w/
VBar cable press down
65 x 25 reps

Three rotations of the above.

HIIT cardio done on the step mill

149 cals

I'm going to start some posing sessions with Nancy Andrews this Sunday. Can't wait! I could definitely use some practice on my posing and from what I hear, she puts you through the ringer!
