Warm up sets with WG pull downs

Wide Grip pull downs

Dual Cable Row

Dual cable overhead press for shoulders

HIIT on the elliptical done pre-breakfast today after a cup of coffee and Xtend. I got up early and hit the gym to use the elliptical because my legs are so worn out lately. 5 mins on the stairmaster and my quads are burning up. The elliptical was much easier on the legs and I was able to get my heart rate up for some good cardio.
