How to murder your legs in 3 basic moves! That's what todays workout should be named. Great workout and my legs should be feeling this tomorrow.


Narrow stance angled leg press
warm up 3 sets
375 x 8
465 x 6
515 x 5, 5

Leg extension
100 x 20 reps (ok 21, I was having a little trouble counting today 8, 6, 4, 3)

Angled leg press high & wide
375 x 6, 5, 5, 5

Lying leg curls
70 x 20 (12, 7, 3)

Seated calf raise
warm up 2 sets
100 x 6
125 x 5, 5, 5

Angled calf raise
80 x 20 (10, 5, 5) Ouch!
