Great shoulder workout tonight. I'm really beginning to love push presses. Lets just hope they love me back and give me some nice shoulders!

Push press
warm up with bar only 2 x 12

65 x 6, 6, 6, 6

Tri set of BOLR, Lateral Raise and DB Shoulder Press. All done standing.
BOLR
12 x 15, 15, 15, 12

Lateral raise
8 x 15, 15, 15, 12

DB shoulder press
20 x 15, 15, 14, 12

They're nice and pumped. Now grow dammit!
