Chest felt great today. This is the heaviest I've benched since my surgery in March. But my strength dwindled a bit on the power tri set at the end. All in all a great workout. Finished 1/2 hr ago and I'm still shaking!

FB BP
2 warm up sets
115 x 6, 6, 6, 8

Tri set of incline DB press, pec dec, and Icarian bench press
incline DB press
35 lbs x 13, 12, 10 then 30 x 10
pec dec 60 x 13, 13, 13, 12
Icarian press
25 (each side) x 9, 7 then 20 x 10, 10


Cardio a little later after a couple of clients.
