I'v asked before about parallel squats and understand that the thighs are parallel to the floor, right? What is the difference in parallel and crate because when I use my step my thighs are parallel.

How do you angle for your calf raises? You do this to hit the muscle from a different angle to get a better definition?

Bobbie - can you set your step any lower? The reason I use the crate is to force myself to go past parallel without feeling like I'm going to fall on the floor.

Angled calf is a machine at my gym. I used one today that was actually horizontal. Just him 'em any way you can!

Yup! I was afraid you were going to say that I'm sure there are laws against this somewhere. I have a stackable 4" and 8", I'll try the 8" for past parallel and use the 12" for tapping?

Notice how the 4" never came into play there
