Hey Julie! I'm studying your current program and just wanted to ask about a couple of abbreviations that you use:

1) DB press? is this where you do the squat and go into a press?
2) FB BP?
3) What's a cable press?
4) Icarian leg extension?
5) FB DB chest press?

and I deleted some because I just felt to embarresed to ask

Thanks for your help.

1) DB press - overhead dumbbell press, standing or seated - no squats incorporated here, but definitely a good idea! Give it a go!

2) FB BP: - flat bench bench press

3) cable presses - chest presses using cables - depends on what kind of cable machine you have. we have 2 different types at work. one of which I can utilize these either standing or lying.

4) Icarian leg extension - Icarian is the manufacturer of the leg extension machine I used that day.

5) FB DB chest press - flat bench dumbbell press

Sometimes it's tough for me to decipher my abbreviations! Lol!

Hope this helps.
