I wish I could say I was psyched for this Saturday's INBF show. Last night I got into a huge blowout with my 15 yr old son. I was so upset. And now he's staying at his dad's for a few days. I couldnt focus at work and thankfully I had a few cancellations and was able to come home.

I'm just miserable about it and last night I ended up eating about 10 halloween candy bars. Total stress eating. I'm so upset with myself now.

I did extra cardio today and cut back on my carbs a bit so hopefully that will help with the damage I did to my diet anyway. We'll have to wait and see how things turn out with my son.


DB chest press
warm up sets x 3
30 x 12 x 3 sets

Cable chest press
50 x 12 x 3

DB overhead press - seated
30 x 10 x 3

lateral raise
12 x 12 x 3

DB overhead tri extension
30 x 12 x 3

bench dips (feet on ball)
bw x 12 x 3

few circuits of abs thrown in here

20 mins HIIT on the stairmaster this morning.
45 mins SS on the stairmaster tonight. I didn't wear my watch because it seems as though I misplaced it. I had it last night, not sure what the heck I did with it.
