Did a bit of a leg workout today. It was a lot tougher than I had anticipated. Weights were down quite a bit

Warm up then
leg extension
80 x 10 x 3

lying leg curl
70 x 12 x 3

leg press
4 plates x 10 x 3

calf raises on the leg press machine
4 plates x 12 x 3

HIIT done this morning on the stairmaster. Uggh! I couldnt get my watch to pick up my heart rate....maybe I'm dead!
25 mins
RPE 9
